adpahci sys bsod

so I just got this bsod, I restarted my pc cleared cmos and I'm back. but I want to know what happened. I know what the driver is(sata driver) but why did I get this error and can I prevent it from happening again

NOt sure. Personally, I wouldn't worry about it unless it happens again/a lot.
