Ok so I now have after buying nad returning mulitple things to frys a new system.
Here it is
Intel E8400
ASUS P5QC w/ latest bios
Visiontek HD4870 512mb GDDR5 w/ Vantec cooler card below
OCZ Platinum Rev 2 PC2 6400(2gigs)
Antec 300 case
Zalman CNPS8700 NT heatsink using Antec Formula5 silver compound
and
Antec Neopower 650
Id like to know the best way to overclock it, so anyone with info or advice Id like to hear it.
 
A good base run. 400x9. Leave it at stock voltage and let her rip. See how she does. If you cant get it stable or no boot to windows, start bringing the VCore up. With a 400mhz FSB, you shouldnt need to up the NB, although a small bump may help.
