I have used similar models of CPU coolers before and have had good success, but those were all lower end procs. Any suggestions on coolers?

In roughly the same price range as the H60, an NH-D14 would be VASTLY better as well as quieter.
If you want a good AIO, Swiftech H220-X or Glacer 240L.

Would the Corsair Hydro Series Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler H100i be a comparable option as well to the H220-X?

Or is it more performance related for the corsair models in general?

There's not a Corsair unit on the market that competes with the H220-X.

PSU is overkill for a single card solution, and since you don't want to SLI, I would drop to a less expensive quality 550w.
