Alphacool ST30 vs. ST30 Industry HPC

Might be a dumb question, but what is the difference between these 2 rads other than the 2x price on the HPC version?

I am really looking for something with decent cooling perf when paired with Noctua 15mm fans in a SFF case. HWL GTS were my #1 choice, but they won't fit as they are too wide for the case.

They will both work similar in your loop. If I had to guess which would be beeter I'd say the Full Copper due to the copper cooling channels but that's likely very marginal. The Industy HPC looks like it's made for higher loads from stronger pumps. Here are the specs:
