Alternative Bios to Overclock 0B4Ch

I would like to overclock my 0B4Ch other known as HP Z400 Workstation with these specs

Intel Xeon W3550 (Bloomfield, Family 6, Model A, Stepping 5, and D0 Revision)
0B4CH default mobo (Version 786G3)
12 Gigs of DDR3 (Triple Channel)
Evga GTX 960

I would like to find a alternate BIOS for this motherboard, that CAN OC.

I have not seen an unlocked bios for that system. I have only seen software oc's and I think that may be limited to multipliers.

I went into the BIOS Settings multiple times, cannot find anything about overclocking.
I'll research a bit more and check the software OCs

Yeah, stock bios has 0 oc options.

I have heard stories of some people having luck using XTU to overclock those things but have no first-hand experience with it.

(I checked and it wont work the Advanced Tuning is just darkened out on the boost rate)
Turbo boost technology is on
