Am3+ cooler?heatsink help

hey guys i have a
Anidees Al-6b case

I want the best am3+ cooler(air)..Dont care about budget.
Noctua Nh-d14 requires the changing of backplate so i dont want it...

Any other suggestion

I want the BEST.......
I will be doing high overclocking with my fx 8120

The Noctua NH-D14 does NOT require changing the backplate, it mounts to the stock backplate on an AM3+ board, however you will have to remove the stock heatsink mount and bolt the Noctua one down on it, so you will have to access the back of the motherboard to do so.

99% of the better HS/F will require back plat. Some use the back plate thats there, some use a new one. Im using the TT Frio and it's great for $50. The Hyper 212+ or Evo are really good too for $25-35

NHD14 does NOT require changing of backplate for AMD. I've used it. It uses the same backplate that is already there. You just screw into it.
The AM3/+ installation for the D14 is like 3 seconds.
