its possible, but considering the 8800 ultra was squeaking out 14-15fps at a much lower res wit the goodies turned on, I dont think its in your best interest for performance.

FSX isnt like that, you see 15 FPS because the CPU is bottlenecking, ofcourse the 8800 is working at close to idle at those framerates.

I notice no difference in framerates between no AA at 1280x1024 and 8xAA/16xAF at 1680x1050. FSX cant be compared to any other game performance wise, the closest is FS2004, same code, different color on the ATC text, lol :

Edit, might add that Tomshardware is using ingame AA in their test, that affects framerates somewhat differently compared to setting AA/AF in the nvidia controlpanel.
