AMD Radeon Instinct MI100 has the most impressive statistics of any AMD GPU videocard on the techpowerup database:
7680 cores
480 TMU's
64 ROP's (well except for this)
32 GiB HBM2 (1,229 GB/s)

So why doesn't AMD release DX capable drivers for it? I realize there will be no one buying it for gaming, but if DX capable drivers existed someone would bench it with games and it would be interesting to see how it would stack up against Nvidia's gaming best.

Or would the lack of ROP's severely handicap it in gaming perf.?

Well nevermind, it turns out this card doesn't even have any video outputs. But if that's the case then why is it described as a "professional graphics card"? You can do graphics without any display output?

Oops, well it looks like techpowerup is wrong in its description of the Radeon Instinct MI100, AMD describes it not as a "professional graphics card" but as a "Data Center GPU". What a waste of a powerful GPU.
