Do they sell something like this (I would prefer Bitspower, but another quality brand will suffice so long as you guys endorse it) in compression - http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/big14shsianf1.html

I know I can get rotary fittings, but for my own sanity I would prefer fixed ones because there is no chance of leaks at the point where the direction changes, and I can't see or have found a way to fix the rotary fittings at the rotary point if something goes bad. It just looks like you have to buy a new fitting.

I know I can buy things like this, which I will, but was hoping to find an entire fixed fitting as it would cut down on connection points / places with the potential for leaks:

Furthermore, FrozenCPU doesn't seem to list anything as Shining Silver. They have this listed as silver - http://www.frozencpu.com/products/6...on_Fitting_-_14_Walled_Tubing_BP-CPF-CC3.html

I want ones that are the chrome look, but NOT the ones that are the silver plated to work as a biocide (http://www.frozencpu.com/products/2...lver_Plated_BP-SLCPF-CC3.html?tl=g30c409s1608). Just want to confirm silver from FrozenCPU is the same as Shining Silver from Sidewinder.

Thank you!

I've been using Bitspower dual rotary compression fittings (Silver Shining) all around. Best choice I've made. You get what you pay for is what they say. I've been using them for 3 years now. No issues. I just buy replacement washers and replace those once I feel the need to do so.

This was a point of contention I have been having with the fittings. Does this mean you can, in fact, fix the areas of rotation if something goes bad? Meaning, you can take apart the fitting at each point of rotation.

Yeah, I am not sure you can. I've been lucky and haven't had any spring a leak (knocks on wood) at the joints but if any did I'd have to throw it away and purchase another one. Bitspower has some of the best fittings imo. Never had any issues with them.
