Ok now the Antec 300 case has a max Heat sink height of 170 mm And the Thermalright True Spirit 140 is 170mm But do you think there could be problems?

I have already bought the fan and realized it doesn't fit in the Antec 100 but I was thinking of changing cases anyways...

If you don't think it is wise could you suggest another case which could fit it because the Thermalright True Spirit 140 is a damn good cooler for the price.

And a case that doesn't look tacky and doesn't cost a lot has 2 front 120 mm fan mounts and is ATX compatible.

Well the case depth is 8.1 inches but that's not a very useful because the spacing behind the motherboard mount and case might be larger than normal for example the "Antec 302 Three Hundred Two Ultimate Gaming Case" has a fan in the side rear. So it probably has more spacing between the motherboard mount and the case back.
