Apache questions

i started a perl prgramming class and i use apache for the web server part and i dont know how to host my local webpage for apach so i can try out my perl scripts can anyone help me out(or is there a guide somewhere)

You didn't state whether you were running Apache on windows or another os, but once it is up and running the configuration is kind of similar.

Assuming you are running windows, download and install WAMP, then configure apache to use mod_perl

You can also install WebServ: http://sourceforge.net/projects/webserv/

I've used this when I need a quick, no BS, WORKING installation of the whole LAMP stack, minus the "L," on a Windows box.
