Artic Accelero XP2s on GTX 570s

Thinking about getting Artic Accelero Extreme Plus 2 coolers for my dual GTX 570s.

Problem is I have an intel pro gigabit adapter on top of the top card, and a X-fi titanium in between them.

How much would the X-fi reduce the cooling potential of the top card with the accelero cooler ? being between the two graphics cards.

Worst case scenario I will choose between going back to onboard nic OR onboard audio. But if it's not going to hurt it much, I will leave them where they are.

The AXP2 are three slot coolers so you won't be able to fit anything in between the two cards.

Then they'll still almost be touching each other and the top one will still suck ?
