Just to check, the input on the CPU is the middle tube with the outlets on the outside?

Make sure there are no kinks in the tubing as well. That one pic may just be shadows but it doesn't look right ...

yes quiet ice that is correct and i have it reversed so I need to reconfigure it this weekend! After moving the block around though I now have the cpu stable at 42 and 49 for the two cores and neither core even under full load hit over 53
