had this bored for abit now its been reseting since i got it.

i got power surge message after reset not everytime but sometimes.

things iv tryed
replaced heatsink/fan
replaced Psu
tryed my brothers memory

What cpu is used. What is rated TDP of the cpu?

What is the model/s of power supplies tried.

had this bored for abit now its been reseting since i got it. >> if it has done it since 'you got it', it looks like it is time to RMA it. Must be bad. Did you clear the CmOs and then back into bios and load optimized defaults and then try booting and see about REsets?

Resets how? During boot it starts boot and then starts over? Boots itself out of windows to a REstart/set?

You have not furnished much valuable information required to troubleshoot.

was an asus bored i turned off anti surge in the bios.

this has fixed my problem
