Asus maximus vi Hero Debug code 98 - Console input devices connect

Today i switched off the PSU via the switch on the back. After i switch it back on there was no post, Just a black screen. The QCODE is 98. The Manuel says 98 means Console input devices connect. What does that mean?

Also, If i restart the computer everything boots fine.

Any Ideas???

By the way, The computer was off when i hit the switch.

Also might be worth it to add, I have never had this problem before. The only thing that's changed between then and now is a new key board.
