Attaching Radiator fans to radiators

This may seem like a stupid question, but how I can't find out how to attach radiator fans to my black Ice Micro radiator. I have another radiator I got from Xoxide and it came with screws, but the Micro didn't come with any screws, and the holes for the fans weren't threaded. I tryed putting a bolt in, but there wasn't enough clearence to get it in there.
How do I attach the fans?
