Bad for motherboard/PC?

So quick question, I was reaching to the back of my PC to turn off my case LED's and for some reason I was thinking the button was the Bios-flbk button and I pressed it a few times before realized that wasn't the button I was looking for. I'm not 100% sure what this does, is it bad that I pressed it a few times would it hurt anything? Board is an Asus sabertooth z87

It resets bios if I hold it for 3 seconds or just press it?

Guess I reset it like 10x! Im pretty sure I was using defaults.

Nothing will happen. If PC is working then all is fine.
