R4 are really noisy if you put them on your case, they are super cheap but the motor vibrate A LOT. I noticed after I installed two of them on the bottom of my case a constant and recurrent "Whooom" - the combined vibration of the fans was enough to make my floor vibrate!
What ever, got them for 3$ each, they push a lot of air (probably not the rated CFM [90 for my version]) but they do at least 40-50 with a nice pressure (face comparison with the GT 1800). Nice way to use them instead of throwing them to the garbage is to do a wind tunnel (plastic cylinder with two of those at each base of it).
The Gentle typhoon 1800 are nice, silent and push as much air as the R4 if not more (more in front of something like dust filter).
