Best Air cooler for AM3+

I am looking for an air cooler that will work very well with my 8120 FX 8 core, I want to overclock it so need to keep it very cool, I have room, but the only problem I'm likely to face is my RAM, I have Corsair Vengeance, and I don't know what coolers will fit over it.

It must fit the new AM3+ bracket.

Any help guys?

What type of Veangean ram do you have?, is it the low profile?
Another thing is how much are you willing to spend on the air cooler? $30, $50 or $$$(the most expensive air cooler you could get your hand on)

If it'll clear your ram and you have some money go with the Noctua NH-D14. Take some measurements though cause this cooler is huge. Works great though.

There are a few coolers that are slightly better than the NH-D14. The Phantek is the current performance king if I remember correctly.
