best benchmarking software?

I have recently completed a new computer assembly and i need something to document the performance of it. What is the best benchmarking software available for windows 7 (preferably free, and easy to obtain)?

3DMark and Unigene Heaven/Valley for 3D

generally i'm try to document the performance of as much of the computer as i can. Hard drive, processor speed, graphics card, i'd like to try to test as many aspects & processing scenarios as i can.
