Stock AMD cooler is the best buck, but with no bang. SK 7 is good. Lapping isn't hard. Go for it.

I'd go with the Vantec AeroFlow, it cools well, and you don't need to purchase anything. Comes with thermal compound and fan, unlike the slk series.

EDIT: I got mine for $25CDN new, and can be had for $32CDN.
