Best webcam for streaming and quality?

So I'm looking for the best webcam for streaming with great quality. I've read the Logitech C922x Pro Stream Webcam is best but I have no idea. Anyone know the best bang for the buck streaming webcam out there? Something under $150 please.

I've got a Logitech HD 1080p that I really like and it is compatible with Windows, Linux and Mac OS. It's a wide angle camera and I've had it for somewhat more than a year. However, I have no idea what's out there now or what it takes to do what you want to do and do it well.
