Better than water? .16C/W on AIR?

The benefits of water are MUCH quieter, as well as the ability to add a pelt.

The sp-94 is better anyway.

I don't think the C/W ratings for P4 heatsinks, socket A heatsinks, and watercooling setups are comparable.

The SLK800U on the P4 simulator gets a .15 c/w, while the SLK800U on the socket A simulator gets a .23 c/w because of the difference in die sizes.

Also keep in mind that even the best watercooling kit tested by Joe isn't going to be comparable to an all-out custom setup.
