bios modding msi mobo

i have an msi-k9agm2-fih motherboard
american megatrends bios i dont know which version off hand but i was wondering if anyone has or can make me the bios so i can overclock my system ill update with my bios version when i get a chance

Make you a BIOS so you can overclock? You'll need to use software like SetFSB or ClockGen in order to change the FSB, that is if either program supports the clock generator on that board. Locate the clock generator, then reference the number on the chip w/ the PLL's listed on the SetFSB homepage.

my bios chip dos not have anything written on it so where else might it be?

That looks like a Realtek audio chip. In that picture, it should be the bottom right one, below the RAM.
