Blue screening while playing Counter Strike Globa Offensive

While i was playing Counter strike i noticed textures were turning black and a few seconds later my game would freeze i wouldn't be able to alt tab or exit the game. and a few seconds later i would get a blue screen error. this happened twice.

My system specs are
CPU: AMD FX-8350
GPU: AMD Radeon 7800 series
Motherboard: Gigabyte 970-ud3
RAM: DDR3 16GB

any oc's on processor.

i used to play cs:go and i had to really up the voltage on my OC or it would freeze and bsod.

only thing that would freeze the processor too i could run prime95 for 24/hr and all the other stability tests np.. but cs:go would lock it up.
