Board advice needed for X2 7850 kuma

greetings

I want to freshen my watercooled system with a new mobo proc mem and extra card

I currently have a ga-k8nf-9 with a athlon3000 and a saphire x1650
starting wht the kuma proc, and hoping to do crossfire by buying a second saphire x1650 would like both boards addressed equally, I see some specs that seem to run one slower. would like to avoid that unless it does not matter

I also want to address 4 gig of 5-5-5-15 ram at 1066

what MOBO would you reccomend ? under 150 bux lets say

I also have a x700pro around if that would work as the second GPU

I have used several gigabyte boards, was leaning toward asus this time

I do occasional photo edits, some online gaming, and mostly surf and email

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128379 nice board and should suit 7850 just fine , as or the card go for 4770 its a low power card that will outperform x1650 in crossfire and its around 100 dollars , and it is sold out at newegg and zzf ( very popular ) , there alot of 1066 ram out there most will perform to spec
