BOOT screen help

i'm using changer XP

i downloaded a boot screen & i select the ntoroskl file that is in the zip file but i have a black screen

The Microsoft Based Applications section would prolly be a better place for this, but .....

You need to give a little more info. You get a black screen after you reboot ? When do you get no video ?

when i click preview i get nothing but a black screen from the file that was with the zip



but when i use that hacked version i made the progress bar is gray when it is 4 bit

There's a simpler program to use than Changer XP. Try out a program called BootSkin

With it, all you have to do is throw a 4 bit image, a 4 bit load bar, and a .ini file (which can simply be copied from one of the load screens that comes with the program). You then load up BootSkin, select your skin, and bam!
