boot screen

My boot screen only shows on my secondary monitor which is connected via DVI. How do i change it to my primary monitor(HDMI)?

I'm assuming you're using Windows:

Does Windows work fine, switching your primary monitor when it starts?
DVI will take precedence over HDMI on a GPU. You could switch connections, or move the monitors if it really bothers you that much.

It goes back to my primary monitor when it starts. If i change this monitor from hdmi to dvi, is there any performance or visual difference?
