I'm not sure weather it's my drivers or my hardware but I keep getting randon BSODs' everytime I start my pc .. Any help would be appreciated.

Run a chkdsk /r on both of your drives from an administrative command prompt. For the root drive, and from the C:\Windows\system32> prompt type... chkdsk c: /r (schedule the chkdsk to run on next boot). For the other drive, just replace c: w/ whatever the drive letter is, and perform the scan from within the GUI.

Thanks for the suggestion , didn't get a blue screen yet after running the chkdsk utility , hope the problems gone , I'll notify you if I get a blue screen again :)
 
So apparently I got 4 or 5 bluescreens , this time while I was using my pc , not when I boot it , Win 7 is totally unusable so I'm using win 8 , I tried the memtest , and disk checking ... didn't help
