Thanks for the tip, I will change the PSU. So I hear from a lot of people Seagate makes bad HHDs though, including my dad. Any words on this?

IIRC last Seagate I owned was PIII era...

I stick to WD since.

Seagate is fine now. Just avoid 7200.11 series drives from them. They had one bad design that resulted in a high DOA, but it's been fixed for a while now.

PSU-wise, stick to XFX, Corsair, Superflower, Seasonic, Antec's pretty good too, Silverstone.
