Buffalo 300hp router keep's dropping internet...

Good day, I have reset the thing to factory settings, and it worked fine for about two days. Now this morning it started dropping connection again to which I have to reset/power off-on and services are restored.

Just wondering what else I could to to fix this?

Is the router plugged into a surge protector? If so, which one? Or is it plugged directly into a wall outlet? What cable modem/adsl modem are you using?
Are you sure there are no conflicting settings in your modem/gateway?

Check the caps. Also, if it has ever been overclocked, the output amplifiers might have been degraded.
