Double click on Setup.exe to install the program.
UNCHECK: Classic Start Menu if you just wish to use the buttons + extras and not the Classic Start Menu for Windows 7.

Right click on any Classic Explorer Bar icon to enter Settings > All Settings

To get the included Toolbar.png look, copy folder icons to C:\Program Files\Classic Shell\
Then Restore from the included Explorer Settings.xml file.
