There will be much better options for release. IMO the two parts you shouldn't skimp on are your CPU and Mobo. I'd wait to see what's released.

I'd save on other things. For example, there are very few individuals who will utilize 8GB ram. If you get 4GB you can easily pick up some more later if you find it isn't enough. Also, what psu are you using? Chances are that for $100 bucks you're probably getting way too much wattage for your needs. The CPU/Mobo is the last thing you want to change out. Any updates should be made to the other hardware first, i.e. GPU, HDD, RAM, etc.
A couple of people here have said PC Case Gear is a good place to order. http://www.pccasegear.com
PC Case Gear is an Australian website buddy, that build is in all AUD.
If you're in the Melbourne area there's MSY there's no problems with service (as there is none). You have to go in, but if you can deal with the people behind the counter being there to scan your stuff and push you out the door, their prices are near unbeatable around the area.
You can also try : Static Ice to do the price comparisons and get yourself a deal!
There's cheaper boards, probably better value if you get P67. I suggest getting 4GB now, better to have less RAM then a crappy CPU and motherboard. Also, the 1TB Samsung Spinpoint F3 is just a few bucks more.
Pretty far from melbourne.lol
