Can my friend use GTX 780 on certain PSU?

Hi.
My friend has bought this PSU few years ago: Antec TPQ-850 TRUEPOWER Quattro 850 Watt 80 Plus Bronze PSU
And he currently use like EVGA GeForce 450.
And he wants to use GTX 780.
Will he able to use GTX 780 on above PSU?

Cause he doesn't understand this - Power Consumption: up to 300Wadditional 6+8 pin PCIe power required
