Can the 90nm Winn's multi be changed from stock down?

Basicly if it has a stock multi of 12 can you change that to 11 or 10?....also 1/2 multi's?....and if yes will the N-force 4 support it...or will Clockgen still have to be used?

Yes, all A64's have unlocked multipliers downward because of the Cool 'n Quiet feature.

Well basically the cool 'n' quiet is the multipliers so there's no way it could NOT be changed.
