Let me check, I actually just did a few tests and am booted into Windows now at 4.2 w/ 1.295v at LLC Level 1... I'm going to do Intels burn test, I'll post back... and let me check the error code.

Event ID 1001: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xffffe00001385028, 0x00000000bf800000, 0x0000000000000124). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 032614-5234-01.

going to run burn test now...

Ok, I just ran IETU and average load was 65c @ 4.2 w/ 1.290 vcore... Not safe to call it stable, but WAY WAY better than I've been. I can actually stress test now and complete a 10 minute test... So excited! I might let it hang here for a bit with these settings and run a stress over night tonight and see if it completes... If it does, I will try to go up to 4.3 and repeat... If I can't do 4.3 w/ 1.3 max core v I will go back to the 4.2 and slowly decrease the v until I am 100% stable...

Very good, I'm getting somewhere now... Thanks all for the help thus far! Appreciated!

I see there 124 error which is usually or too low voltage or CPU can't make more or other CPU/IMC related error.
I don't think your CPU is so bad but I'm not sure what else can it be.

You don't have to change VTT/VCCIO/VCCSA or PLL voltages up to 5GHz/DDR3-2666+. The same every other voltage can stay on auto on these boards.

You can also try to leave everything at auto and set manually only CPU ratio/all cores. It will tell you if board itself is trying to set optimal values.
I would also ask ASRock support as you have nothing to lose and maybe they know something about OC on these boards.
You have already latest BIOS but maybe there is some beta to try.

Thanks, that's a good tip... I got it successfully burning at 4.3 :) No problems at all, however... I can't get 4.4, it will boot but it blue screened with the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR ... maybe a bit more juice since it is only at 1.290 ???

I may contact ASRock as well, this board is pretty sweet though for whats available for ITX...
