Can't uninstall ivona voice!

Recently installed IVONA voices to use with the program "Voice Attack". When I tried to use IVONA with my text to speech program on my PC it wouldn't let me use it. Now when I try to uninstall ivona it says a program is using ivona to close the program and click retry. Nothing I do works. I just want to get rid of ivona.

Use task manager, terminate everything you can think of possibly using ivona? That's all I've got.

Try disabling it from running when you boot.

If windows 7: press Win Key + R and typ "msconfig" and navigate to startup, and disable it and reboot.
If Windows 8.1 - 10 right click taskbar and select "Task Manager" navigate to Startup and disable it and reboot.

Then try to uninstall again.
