cheap is not a good thing for a psu,
you don't want in dieing and taking your system with it.

that being said, I don't keep up with cooler master psu's

At the very least we need to know CPU and GPU(s). From there, we can recommend units.

I recommend some more politeness, personally. You'll find people like you more when you're polite.



Those parts could run fine on a decent 300w unit.

You can expect to get your rebate, it'll be a debit card.
 
That'll do the trick for you. It is rather more than you need, as would the corsair unit be.
They're or more or less equal quality I believe, that unit should last a nice long time.
