Choosing psu for budget build. (Overclocking)

Gpu (Right away)

And maybe Ram (Could not find any good tutorials )

cheap is not a good thing for a psu,
you don't want in dieing and taking your system with it.

that being said, I don't keep up with cooler master psu's

Those parts could run fine on a decent 300w unit.

That'll do the trick for you. It is rather more than you need, as would the corsair unit be.
They're or more or less equal quality I believe, that unit should last a nice long time.
