Basicly Comcast is the kid on the playground with the baseball.. He'll let you play with it, but only by his rules, and nobody can hit it into the yard with the dog in it. If you don't play by his rules, he takes his ball and goes home, leaving you to figure out how you're gonna play the game without him.

Fair? depends on which side you look at it from.. from the kids on the playground, they say no. From the kid with the ball, of course it's fair it's HIS ball, and he gets to say how it's used.
