my computer spesification
i7 4790k
msi z97 gaming 5
inno gtx 970 ichill
silver arrow sb extreme (low profile memory)

i'm planning to use dual channel coz my budget is about 80$
which memory will be good choice for my cpu, probably it will be safety for daily overclocking (without watercooling / additional heatsink memory)

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-2133C9D-8GXL

is the height of ripjaws compatible with cooler sillver arrow sb extreme ?

I see that the cooler has a clearance for 45mm where the RAM would be, but I don't know where the fan would sit in reference to that.
The kit I linked is 40mm tall.

If you're worried about it, grab the 2133 CL9 1.65V G.SKILL Ares kit.

Edit: Sorry, Thermalright has a weird looking drawing. The clearance would be 30mm.
Give a look at the Corsair Vengeance LP memory. It's just over 26mm tall.

One of these kits:

can 2133 CL9 1.65V G.SKILL Ares kit be overclocked at higher frequency

Vengeance® Low Profile — 8GB Dual Channel DDR3 Memory Kit (CML8GX3M2A1600C9R)
Vengeance® Low Profile — 8GB Dual Channel DDR3 Memory Kit (CML8GX3M2A1866C9R)

which frequency will be good choice for daily overclocking without using additional heatspreader/watercooling

You won't know how they OC until you get them and try. That said, I'd get the higher speed kit, but I think that pair is pushing the edge of your budget.
