Computer sleep question

My computer would not wake up from sleep mode aim using an lcd tv connected thru hdmi input ,,,would that be the problem ? Computer turns on when i click mouse but no display then i have force shutdown for it to get display again ...

Review you Power Options in Control Panel, System and Security. There are settings for you monitor's sleep cycle, other settings regarding the Whens and What-to-dos that you can change/adjust.
