Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus, will it fit.

hi guys i am wanting to upgrade my cpu fan from an old arctic cooler freezer to a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus and just want to find out if it will fit in my case or not.

Dimensions: 430(h) x 200(w) x 470(d) mm

motherboard: asus p5q deluxe
Memory: corsair dominator 2x4gb, maybe an issue because of how tall they are

It should fit fine, but you might have to remove a side fan from the case.
