Currently i have a Coolermaster hyper 212+ It is set up in only pull with the stock fan. What kind of performance boost would i be looking at if i were to do push/pull with better fans?

Maybe a few degrees C. It depends alot on your CPU type, clocks, and core voltage as well.

Edit: See above.

No problem. Make sure you set up a signature with your system components in the user control panel as it'll make it easy for users to give you advice if necessary in the future.

You won't get a massive improvement in cooling. A few degrees. The main advantage you could get from other fans is silence (ie, noctua 120mm fans... I can't hear them with my head against them at 100% and they move good air. Then again, they overprice and something like maybe gentle typhoons (?) would be better. Are you having heat problems?. Any quality fans with high cfm in push pull will give you good cooling on that HSF.

If money is no concern, you could totally clean the sink and CPU of TIM, use this excellent TIM here, and these great fans, which I consider silent at 100%, and go from there. That's an eccentric suggestion though, and honestly, if your temps are reasonable, say < 70c in daily use, just keep on truckin, keep it clean and don't fix what isn't broken :).
