Which cpu temps are more reliable?? Easytune gives me the same reading as bios. Where are these coming from. The board or the die? Same question for CoreTemp.

From a sensor on the IHS on the CPU. Not near as accurate as the cores read off a register inside the silicon in the CPU. Thats what Coretemp (best for AMD), Realtemp and HW Monitor use.

Don't use the mbo software or the bios temps.

Bios also seems to have a slight load on it as well compared to windows.
