CPU cooler

So im moving away from water cooling after maybe 3-4 years lol, last time i used air cooling i had a low wattage CPU so stock fan was good enough.

now i have a fx-8120 (125watts) i normally do the basic overclock that asus has on its bios.

So im on the market for a AIR cooler.

So far i was looking at the:
Cooler Master evo 212

but saw a Deepcool Gamer storm assassin on a used sale on a forum.

I also have a old h60 on my closet (but i will need to buy mounting brackets for it).

So, noise to temp ratio (noise being more important) what would you guys recommend (even if its not in the list).

My max budget will be $65, but the less the better.

NOTE: my rams height is similar to the G skill Ares.
note 2: I have corsair SP 120 fans in my closet collecting dust lol

I would watch for a used one either on here or eBay.

I have the V6GT on a Sabertooth 990FX + FX8120 at 3.6GHZ with a max temp of about 38-39c 100% max load, check the max hight for rams for it to see if it will work, my DDR3 ram is just short enough

Edit: I just looked up the G skill Ares, if your ram has same hight then V6GT will work and will fit your price range.
