crosshair formula IV

I recieved the crosshair form. about 2 weeks ago and have been using it since but havnt had much time for really gaming on it, today i tried two different games apb and bad company 2 and have some freeze issues not often or long but concerning(usually every like 8 mins and lasts 3 secs). I checked the nb temp and it says it reaches 50c while gaming on full settings. I was just wondering if thats possibly too hot for it and if there is any way to fix my freezing issues. THANKS =]

The first place I would look would be at the Ram, Are you running it at 1600? It likely defaults to 1333. Mine did. I would try running memtest and see if you get any errors first and foremost.
Also are you O.C.ing the rig?

currently just the cpu but what benchmark can i use to check the mem

what is your cpu overclocked to and what is the voltage is it running on?

If you could post screen shots of CPU-Z's CPU, Memory, and SPD tabs it would help a lot ...
