Have the client call isp/email provider to resolve it is my take. May not be client side.
She's done this and the tech support at xfinity could not solve her problem. But you know how inept those people can be. Most of them seem to be in training and just reading from a script rather than thinking. And since the sister is not where I am I cannot advocate for her.
