DDR signal strenght and OCZ 2gb kit

I just installed some OCZ plat EB PC4000 2x1gb 8-2-3-3.0 on my neo2 and I was wondering which signal strenght would be best for this ram. Since I don't knoiw which chip are on thoses puppy I'm not sure. In my bios I only got standard and weak as options.

I think you are talking about drive strength on most mobo's. Keep it on weak if you are not increasing the the timings or bandwidth too much. The drive strength needs to be increased for stability which yields performance when overclocking and putting a large load on the ram.

Drive Strength coresponds to Vdimm so higher your Vdimm higher the drive strength should be.

BTW...Your RAM uses Infenion IC's.

so if my ram is on 2.8V I should try out "normal" drive strenght...we'll see what it gives
