desktop icons open little page

The problem is back. When I use my desktop to open a page like O/C I get a little window and have to max it. How can I change it to open in windows normal

Maximize it and then close it. Then reopen it. Usually works for me.

Don't maximize it, just stretch the window to whatever size you want, then close all ie windows. I believe ie memorizes the last window's size before it was last closed. You probably got some stupid little pop up that you closed.
