Does AGP/PCI lock work on NCCH-DL?

I have read a couple of threads that have hinted that the PCI lock may not be working properly on the NCCH-DL boards. I am just wondering if this has been fixed in a BIOS revision or if the problem still exists?

there is a new bios out 1.004. Not sure if it address it though

They should be fixed (as is my understanding). At least definately when using the standard 100,133,200 fsb jumpers. Some have said problems with the 166 setting, but that setting is dodgy at best anyhow, so I wouldn't recommend it.
